Hello

We have changed our Outlook exchange server from 2003 to 2010. Now we found out that sending from fogbugz (SMTP) doesn't work anymore.

We are using Fogbugz Version 6.1.46 (DB 633, Build 452).

With tests in Outlook Express we found out, that we have to activate "[x] server needs authentication".

How can we activate this on fogbugz? Maybe directly in the database? We are using right now on that Server Windows 2008 R2, SBS Standard 2011.

If we need to update on a newer Version from Fogbugz we would like to have your support if possible by remote (Teamviewer or similar). In that case could you please add the costs we have to pay...

Because our ticketsystem does not work anymore the request is urgent.

Thank you.

Best regards
