When creating a new case, I insert a snippet 'temp' which inserts the following snippet and it highlights [[store#]]. However, after I enter the store number and hit Enter it goes to next line. Is there a way to jump to the next tag: [[storedate]], then [[loan#]] tag? Replacement Text - Store number: [[store#]] Processing Date: [[storedate]] Loan: [[loan#]] |

Currently, only one replacer field is supported per snippet. You might want to split the snippet into three. I guess using BugMonkey it's possible to have some key jump to the next replacer, but personally I have never done anything like that. |
