We have used the Kanban plugin for one project so far and it's really great!

The problem is that we are running several projects at a time and need to have a seperate Kanban board for each project.

Is there a way to do this without creating a gazillion kanban columns and thereby creating a mess of a kanban board?

Thanks, Olav, Denmark

UPDATE: Per Olav's comment, you can use multiple Kanban filters to effectively allow you to view multiple "boards" per project.

The Kanban plugin is a great tool, but it wasn't developed by Fog Creek. Stefan Rusek is its creator; however, I'm not sure if he's actively maintaining it.

I've tried emailing him regarding it, but no joy. – Pauk May 9 2011 at 14:55

I just realized that you can use the Filter button next to the save button to filter per project. It works fine for what we need for now! – Olav May 10 2011 at 7:30

It seems that Stefan is not actively monitoring this channel. I see no easy way to reach him, so I am going to suggest a slightly different take on this feature.

Instead of having a board per project, I would like to create multiple named kanban boards. Then a user can choose which board to use.

We have more than one team; this would allow each team to follow its own process -- using that process on more than one project.
