Hello,

How can I assign a bug to a particular developer by default when the Status for the bug Changes to development for a particular Project.

For Example: For Project A - I have a developer A, when a bug status for Project A is changed to Development, I need it to go to that particular developer A. Similarly for Project A when status changes to QA it needs to go to a Tester B

Please Help.

You can do this with the Custom Workflow plug-in. You will need to define a new custom workflow for each combination of developer and tester, and then assign the workflow to the project.
