EBS does a great job of predicting a ship date based on the cases I have open in a milestone. It doesn't, however, help me to predict a ship date that takes into account the fact that once work starts, new cases are often added. This could be scope creep, or it could be simply that the required implementation of a feature ends up requiring more tasks.

Feature request: Implement a mechanism in FogBugz which will account for cases found after work begins. When EBS generates ship date predictions, it will add in an estimate you didn't enter: a buffer item for cases yet to be opened. When you find new tasks for a feature or user story, you will be able to mark the new case as "found work." This will indicate to FogBugz that time charged to it should be used to improve its internal estimate of how much found work typically shows up.
