Possible Duplicate:
Is it possible to parse incoming email to setup case fields?

Some people on our team perceive Fogbugz as a mountain that they have to conquer. Fogbugz is a great app, but it does have a lot of features, and at first all together they will confuse the user. Like my boss - he only creates cases, and rarely follows up on them, relying on our diligence. Often, when he is in a hurry, he will send an email to cases@xxx.fogbugz.com. The problem is that sometimes he will want to assign a specific task specific, specific project with specific priority, etc. It'd be a great feature to add - process the incoming emails with special subject line formatting, e.g.:

:: [Project] <Assignee> !priority! "Case description in plain text"

Here the double colon declares a specially formated subject line.

You can implement this by writing a plugin. Available plugins are listed in the Gallery.
