If a milestone has no active case, the completion date over time graph shows a straight line going up.
Suggestions:
- Show the actual date work was completed. Being able to see how stable the expected completion date has been over time is important, as it reflects how good we are at planning and estimating work.
- Not as good as suggestion 1, but less confusing: Show the error message explaining that there is insufficient data to produce the graph.
