It used to work. Now it doesn't. I can select a portion of the screen. But after that nothing happens and the little bug icon in the bar at the top of the mac stops working and appears to be greyed out. If I manually select Send from the file menu, it will send the picture to fogbugz as a new case. There is no way to attach it to an existing case anymore and no way to edit the image. |

Same problem apart from the fact that on my machine it never worked (downloaded it today and tried quite a few times). I am running fogbugz through safari and the screenshot tool works on my local machine (Mac OSX 10.6.7) The screenshot tool does the screenshot and no matter what I do when I send it to fogbugz the safari browser crashes and the screenshot is not uploaded. The URL shown in the screenshot tool is correct, I can open a new case when I am logged in (through safari). What am I doing wrong? |
