Hello everyone,

Our support team uses SugarCRM to track and manage their support cases, but our development team uses FogBugz. Because of this, we've built an integration between SugarCRM and FogBugz.

What happens is when a SugarCRM case is created, if the case's status is either "Bug" or "Feature", using the FogBugz API, a FogBugz case is created accordingly. The FogBugz user that the API uses to create the FogBugz case (which is never the same person that created the SugarCRM case) doesn't get notified that a new case has been created for them.

I'm guessing this is because FogBugz is being smart and not sending the "new case" email to the case creator since, well, they technically created the case, even though it was created via the API.

Is there a way to force the "new case" email notification in this scenario?

Thanks! Chad
