I noticed today that all my filters have been reset to Outline. I had some filters in Flat view, but even the Chart ones are Outline now.

Why?

We installed FogBugz Version 8.4.87 (DB 780, Build 1) recently. Could that have caused it perhaps?

Update:

It's not the version upgrade; we upgraded at April 13, but it happened somewhere between March 16 and 31.

Any ideas what could have caused it?

We did have a full backup disk during that time, but FogBugz ran fine...

We've not had any other reports. Can you check your Filter table to see if the data has been overwritten? Do you have a backup to check?

I'm not sure where to look. The Filter table has an fFlatView column and an sView column. It looks like the former is ok but the latter is always grid-outline. – Michel de Ruiter♦ Apr 15 2011 at 13:26
