Further to this question on linking to wiki pages from within a case...

Is there any way to escape the text "W###" so it doesn't link to the wiki? One of my users has just quoted a serial protocol command used for equipment control, W104, and created a spurious link to a wiki article!

I think the best thing to do here is create a one-off BugMonkey script to kill these links.
