Now that FogBugz supports HTML emails, I would like to use HTML formatting in the auto-response that is sent to customers when they email a new case into FogBugz.

I just signed up for a trial account, tested sending in an HTML based email and the case is still converted to plain text... I don't see any other indication that FB now supports HTML email? Help? Thanks! Patrick Steil churchbuzz.org – Patrick Steil Feb 11 2012 at 14:47
