Hello Fogbugz's team, a lot of our customers send us a mail when they wants to raise a problem to solve.
There is a plugin that let us to click on the mail and generate a new case? (We are actually using Microsoft Outlook as mail program).

While I don't know of any Outlook plugins that allow you to create a FogBugz case from an email, FogBugz itself has a whole bunch of built-in email support, that might be worth looking at. |
