I am trying to add a client as a community user so they can see all the cases in their project (with the Community Case List plugin). However when I go to create the user, the "Community" option is disabled/greyed-out. What am I missing? This is an on-demand account that I am using. |

Nevermind. I must be blind. I have found the option in the Site Configuration, on the Authentication page, which I must have visited at least half-a-dozen times looking for just this option. |
