I'm trying to get a copy of my database from the hosted version of Fogbugz. I had to tell it to continue 4-5 times due to timeouts, and it's only about half way done. I was forced to cancel so that others can use the system. Is there a way to get a copy without the timeouts? I can't sit there for an hour telling it to continue. |

Downloading your database was not built to be a regular operation, but a migration path from On Demand to a local install of FogBugz. Thus, it's not built for regular usage, but one-time use per account. That said, a monthly or weekly backup shouldn't be a problem, but it obviously is here. Please contact us directly to sort out what's failing here. |
