Hi there,

Is there any way to suppress the new user email that is sent when a new LDAP-authenticated user logs in? We don't want users maintaining separate credentials outside of AD (and this may be addressed by Case FC2033319).

One possible way could be to create the all the Fogbugz user accounts at once and disable the "Allow LDAP to create new accounts automatically" option. Really keen to hear your thoughts.

The solution you pointed out is probably the best bet for taking care of this scenario. However, even if the user changes their password, they won't be able to use it for FogBugz; they will still have to use their AD password in order to log in.
