Is there a way to see the email as it originally came in (HTML/Rich Text)? Sometimes I get cases started by emails where the user has bolded or colored certain sections and referred to those but all I see is plain black-on-white text.

I can understand why emails are stripped to their bare text (and I appreciate it when some insist on having a background image and use some near-unreadable scripty font) but it can be a detriment at times.

thanks

You can see the email by clicking the dropdown at the upper right of the email event, selecting View Source and saving the resulting page as a .eml file. You can then open this in Outlook.

Real HTML email parsing is forthcoming in a future version of FogBugz.
