Having recently been upgraded to FogBugz 8.0, I've been using the Notify plugin to notify additional people about a case. However, that doesn't seem to persist (or if it does, the list of people doesn't seem to be visible). What I was hoping for is the ability to add an additional person to the Notify list, but have that person's association stay with the case so that they get all of the notifications on the case. Is there way to get that functionality with existing features or plugins?

Subscribing to a case is the built-in way for the "persistent notify" behavior you're describing. While FogBugz doesn't provide the ability to subscribe other users to a case directly, the AddSubscribers plugin does. Other plugins that might also be of interest: |
