Question

Is there any way to remove or shrink the size of an image that is inline in the case. I like the links on the side for attachments in the case notes, but for some of the cases, the images become less relevant and the text is broken up. I have tried using the Scratch Out plugin, but that doesn't remove the images. Are there any other work around that people know about? A BugMonkey script that I've missed perhaps?

I'd prefer to hide or shrink rather than remove out right.

To remove an attachment:

• click Edit (like you're going to add a note, not Assign or whatever)
• a Delete paper bin icon appears next to the attachment/image: click on it!
• on the Delete Attached File confirmation, answer Yes

I don't know why deleting isn't possible during editing the Case Event itself (using the Case Event Edit plugin).
Another place I would expect the icon is next to the attachment in the optional Attachment Sidebar.

For resizing, something might be possible using BugMonkey, just like this answer.
