My FogBugz on Demand account has the built in e-mail address for submitting cases and replying to customers of cases@mysitename.fogbugz.com.

The account name box on the Mailbox preferences is disabled so there doesn't seem to be an obvious way to change this.

Is there any possible way I could rename this account, for example to "Support@mysitename.fogbugz.com" or at least set-up an alias for the default e-mail account?

I'm not sure if it is what you need, but you can change the sender address in the website configuration. The explaining text reads:

When notification emails are sent, this is the email address they appear to come from. Generally you don't want users replying via email; they should be replying in FogBugz & Kiln so a record is kept. Set this value to either a fake email address that bounces, or to the email address of a FogBugz Mailbox so replies are appended to the original case.

Nope. That's not really what I am looking for. I want to change the e-mail address that people use to submit cases (just the name, not the domain). – JohnFx Mar 8 2011 at 15:42

Sorry, this is not possible. If you want to use a custom email address of any kind, you have to use your own POP or IMAP mailbox.
