Just an idea (that makes perfect sense to me) :) ...

Merge "List Cases" and "Filters". They are both used to present a list of cases and should therefore be integrated (or at least next to each other on the menu).

List Cases could have the drop-down arrow next to it. Clicking "List Cases" (text) will do what it does today. Clicking the "List Cases" drop-down arrow will drop down the "Filters" menu under "List Cases".

This is a really good idea. It took browser designers a decade to figure out that the stop and refresh buttons could occupy the same space.
