I would like to run our instance of fogbugz on a second monitor and have it stay logged in. At the present time, Fogbugz logs out after a short interval.

How can I make the login persist?

When you log into FogBugz, have you tried checking the "Remember me" checkbox? That will set a cookie in your browser that should keep you logged in.
