Hi!

We have started to use the Kanban plugin, and it's great! We really like it. :)

However, we have a development and a support division at the company, and we would like to create two separate Kanban board with different columns for them.

Is it possible now, or does it need some development?

Kanban is maintained by a third-party developer. He monitors the kanban tag on this site, but currently does not have the spare cycles to do this feature. It might happen in the future. – FogBugz FAQ Mar 8 2011 at 16:50

YES PLEASE! a kanban board which allows to set ANY configurable field from a configurable filtered list of cases. just by dragging and dropping and confirming everything qafter everyone is happy.

use cases: imagine a group of people sitting in a meeting in front of a large screen with the kanban board on

  • assign cases to different people
  • setting priorities
  • sorting cases to areas
  • cleaning up old cases to "wont implement" or the like
  • general cleaning

current minimum time for doing any of these things: around 15sec. desired time for doing any of these things: 1 sec.

and implement this as a wiki plugin, so it can be integrated in any wiki page so the accompanying workflow can be documented before and after.

I love the Kanban board plugin. But even better would be FogBugz integration with Trello ;-) [FB:Projects, Areas, Cases = TR:Boards, Lists, Cards] Most of the use cases above would then be accommodated. – sramsay Aug 15 at 17:27
