Is there a way to increase the number of cases in the Recently Worked On Cases drop down list? Some of our people jump around during the day and it would be nice to have more cases shown in the list. Thanks!

In the meantime, just click that "Recent" link in the dropdown to get a pre-made filter to show you all recent stuff. – Rich Armstrong♦ Feb 17 2011 at 21:19
