Can I hide the files which are attached to cases. I need the users to be able to see the case but not be able to open/view the attachments.

You could hide the attachments using the BugMonkey plugin, but there wouldn't be anything to actually stop users from viewing/opening the attachments if they looked at the web page's source and found the URLs. This of course only applies to attachments that users are already allowed to see in the first place. Perhaps I'm missing something, but why do you want to be able to attach files to a case, but not have others that can view the case see them? |
