Is there a way to assign a specific number of hours (or Percentage) to a project, for each developer? For example, when we are wrapping up one project, a developer may allocate 25% of his time for 'bug fixes' to that project, but a majority of his time is now shifting to a new project (75%). Is there a way to tell Fogbugz that he will be spending XX% of time on one project, so when it calculates his 'completion date', etc. it will base it on, say, a 30 hour week for one project, and 10-hour week on the other?
