Hi, I like using Working schedule feature, but it's very inconvenient when it comes to working outside of "working hours". I need to make a lot of actions to tell FogBugz that I'm still working on case #x. Here, suppose I work on case #x. In My working schedule I set 18:30 (6:30 PM) as the end of my working day. But if it is already 7:00 PM and I'm still at office and I'm still working on case #x, I must take the following actions to tell FogBugz "hey, I'm still here, I'm working on case #x and I'm not playing poker for the last 30 minutes":

  1. Stop working on case #x: Working On -> Nothing
  2. Start working on case #x again: Working on -> case #x
  3. Answer "yes, I'm not crazy, I know that I'm outside my working hours" in the pop-up dialogbox.
  4. Correct missing 30 minutes: go to Working On -> Edit timesheet and manually set current interval's start time to 6:30PM. And then click Save to save changes.

Here, there's a lot of actions, and it's boring and it drives me crazy to take all these actions from time to time.

I suppose it would be more convenient if at 7:00PM (or 6:34PM) I go to Edit Timesheet and just click something like "Still working" somewhere near case number. We click Still Working, and FogBugz makes all the previous actions automatically. The FogBugz already has Stop working hyperlink, and it's very convenient. Why not to add Still working?

You can get around this problem by turning off the "Automatically start and stop work" option in My Settings -> Working Schedule

I have opened a case to look into allowing you to use this feature without the awkward process you have found for working outside of your normal hours.
