Is there a way to allow users to add shared snippets without making them site administrators? We would love to allow everyone to add useful responses to common customer questions, but don't really want to make everyone admins. Any suggestions?

Snippet administration is sorely lacking, unfortunately. At some point it should be tied to groups. Please vote up this feature request to express your support for it. |
