My user account's working schedule is set to 9am - 5pm. I have the 'lunch' checkbox unchecked, and the 'lasts for' select box is set to 30 minutes (since there's no null option). However, when I estimate a case to require 1 day, FogBugz sets the estimate to 7.5 hours. I would have thought that with the 'lunch' checkbox unchecked, FogBugz would ignore the value of the 'lasts for' select box. Thanks, -Steve |

How long is the day for the Site Schedule? Do they have a 30 minute lunch setup? Estimates use the site schedule to translate "days" because the fact that you estimated it doesn't mean you'll work on it. Since we don't know who will work on a case, we thought it would be better to use a common definition of a "day." If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us! |
