Is it possible to "lock" a wiki page, so it can be viewed but not edited?

Wiki article permissions are set at the wiki level, so I'm afraid the only way to lock down a wiki article would be to move it into a read-only wiki. This can be done via the Wiki Article Info: Details plugin. Once installed, click on the "Info" link in the upper-right corner of the wiki article you would like to lock, and then click on the "Move" command:
