The XML API command listProjects lists all undeleted projects.

Is it possible to get a list of all projects via the API?

Even though this looks like an oversight/API hole, and thus not a feature request, I've marked it as such to give it the best possible chance of getting fixed. – Rich Armstrong♦ Jan 25 2011 at 13:41

This has been fixed and will be available in a future version of FogBugz.

Just include fIncludeDeleted=1 as an additional parameter in your cmd=listProjects request.
