What does this plugin do exactly? How does it determine when I start working on a case?

It knows you are working on the case because you inform FogBugz of this fact via the "Working On" menu.
An organization may set up a virtual catch-all user, monitored by several people, to field incoming issues. Whoever decides to handle the issue will assign it to themselves, then start their "working on" timer to track their time against the case. This plugin saves you the step of having to assign it to yourself. You simply start the timer. |
