Hi, Recently added a new user to our FB installation. Since then, they have been receiving case notification emails for EVERYTHING. This includes cases that are nothing to do with them. This has not happened before. What could typically be causing this? Thanks,. Tris. |

Got to the bottom of this. When the user was created, an Administrator had auto-subscribed them in this fashion to try and be helpful (!) My Settings -> Subscriptions sorted it out. |
