The FogBugz 8 wiki hierarchy is not particularly useful for me because it only shows the first 5 pages. You then have to click the show-more-pages link (possibly many times) in order to see all the pages in the hierarchy. How can I configure this so that all pages are shown in the hierarchy initially?

We have a case open to consider this feature for a future release. Please up-vote this question (not this answer) to show your support for adding this feature.

In the meantime, here's a simple script to automatically show more than the default 5 articles using BugMonkey.

	OK. If it cannot be made customizable for some or other reason, could you at least consider bumping the default number of pages shown to 20. – danielm Jan 24 2011 at 20:28
