It takes many seconds after doing pretty much any operation. We dont even have that many bugs in the system to warrant such a huge lag.

I love the fogbugz ui but the slow speed is really pushing us to switch to a different bug tracking system.

Anyone else experiencing the same issues with fogbugz on demand?

Edit: We are located in San Francisco, so its definitely not a location issue.

I've emailed you to troubleshoot this install-specific issue offline. If anyone else is reading this and is interested in the answer, please email us at customer-service@fogcreek.com and we'll give you an update. – Rich Armstrong Jan 4 2011 at 16:19

21 seconds to load my list page in Sydney, Australia in Firefox, with Firebug enabled. It seemed to spend a lot of time "waiting" when I looked at Firebug's Net tab.

Disabling Firebug helped a lot - it halved the load times in Firefox (~10 sec). It was faster in Chrome (~5 sec) and (GASP!) Internet Exploder 8 (~8-9 sec), all using Ctrl-F5. The load times for this "test" actually varied markedly, by 100% or so in all broswers. The Times I quoted here are the average of the faster times, +- my counting out loud margin for error.

I have a quadrillion extensions in Firefox so that is probably a factor.

Fixed it - stopped using Firefox 3.6. Poor ol' thang. It seems a shame to euthanise it after all these years. bang – CADbloke Feb 25 2011 at 10:27
