I only have the default mailbox setup.

The text entered into "message template" does not show up on email sent from within a case when I click the Reply button.

Steps to reproduce: Create a case with FB. Edit case and click Reply. Send email. Review the email that the correspondent received and the "message template" information is not found.

Is there some other setting or hotkey necessary to insert the template data? The on screen help where the template is setup says:

FogBugz will insert the following template into your replies. Most people use this as a signature. You will be able to edit the contents before sending the message.

This goes back to the original design of the email feature, which was designed around answering customer inquiries. There's no signature because your case is not associated with a mailbox yet. So, we don't know what signature to use. This happens even if you have only one mailbox. I'll make sure to open a case to revisit this portion of the functionality when we revisit the mail feature (which should be relatively soon).
