Is there any way to connect the time spent within a CoPilot session launched from FogBugz to a particular case? This would be very welcome for our time tracking needs, and I am sure that this software is used by a number of general techsupp folks (rather than developer shops) that could also benefit from such a feature. There's not currently a way to do this in an integrated way. You could create a case in FogBugz and then click "Working On" as soon as you start your Copilot session. We're definitely aiming to improve time tracking in FogBugz on the whole, and this might be something we consider doing. |
