Possible Duplicate:
Can we have the name of the person who wrote the statement appear first in all entries.
When reading the case event you can read Assigned to user by _ other user_.
We sometimes misread this line assuming 'by other user' owns the case (and maybe in other languages it is more logical to read 'User a assigned this to user b'), could there be some way to format this line (like the C# string.format)?
Another fancy feature could be that my assignements are shown like 'Assigned to you by other user'
