Hi There,

We've been using FogBugz for about a year now, but unfortunately the way in which it was being managed was incorrect. This led to the system being left over long periods of time in the "Working on" state for tasks that could take 30 minutes and the like.

From the new year this will now be managed far more effectively and I am asking if it is possible to clear out the current EBS statistics and start from scratch so that more effective estimations can be given

If a user goes to "Schedules" > "My Estimation History" a user can see their best and worst estimates.

I'd expect that the 30 minute tasks that were "worked on" for days will show up under the worst estimates category. If so, they can be discarded by clicking on the "Discard" icon on the far right.
