How can I resolve all the cases that match a search query, ex. YouTube Downloader -"TubeDroid" area:"error reports" Error Report type:"cases"? This results in 1000s of results, and "resolve" is grayed out. I just need to do this once, but I can't manually edit the DB because I use FogBugz on Demand.

If your query happens to catch one or more Cases that are already CLOSED, you won't be able to mass Resolve the others. Explicitly specify status:OPEN in the query and see if that works. Then explicitly specify CLOSED and you can mass re-open, then Resolve the way you want, then Close again.
