We are doing some house cleaning right now and have noticed that we are paying for more FogBugz licenses than we actually need. Is there a way to remove the number of licenses from our server so that we don't have to pay the maintenance on them anymore?

When the time comes to renew your maintenance, you can give up those licenses to renew maintenance on only the licenses you're using, but those licenses are gone forever. It's rare for people to do this, so it's still a manual process. The sales team can help you with it. |
