Can I sort cases (with an arbitrary filter) by date of last activity? E.g. I want to see all cases assigned to me, ordered by activity - i.e. any edits. Also a "New since your last visit" - however this is defined - would be nice. Currently I'm using my e-mail inbox for that, but it feelsstrange to have to rely on that. (We are currently running on FB 7.3.1. Anything that's new in that respect in FB8?) |

Sure; just create a filter for cass assigned to you, with "Most Recently Edited Case First" or the rather odd-sounding but consistent ""Most Recently Edited Case First" (reverse) as the first display column. For your second question, create a filter where the search box contains the text |
