we're using fogbugz for our inbox. that's it. i hope I one day have time to use the other features as well but at the moment the primary focus is on INBOX. we're running a climbing gym and we're 2 + n people. Every weekend I change the responsibility of the main man for the inbox so we don't have to be the inbox man all the time.

feature request: schedule for the primary man (contact) for selected project.

so we dont have to change this manually each and every week.

yes, it is easy to do but it's one of those things you can also automate.

You could make the primary contact for the Inbox a virtual user and add everyone's email address. Everyone will get notified of incoming messages, but it's up to the current "inbox man" to respond.
