I edited a code snippet in a Wiki article and saved it, but when I went to view it, the contents of the code snippet were unchanged.

My Machine

  • Windows 7 x64
  • Google Chrome 7.0.517.44
  • FogBugz On Demand, v8

Steps to Reproduce

  • In Wiki, click New Article
  • Erase default content
  • Insert Code Snippet
    • Type This is a test
    • Click OK
  • Press Ctrl-S on keyboard
    • Click Save and View
  • Click Edit
  • Click on Code Snippet within article
    • Click Widget Properties
    • After This is a test, add with additional text
    • Click OK
  • Click on Code Snippet within article again
    • Click Widget Properties

You should notice the text within the code snippet does not contain the most recent edits.

Workaround

Delete your original code snippet and add a new one.

Thanks for reporting this, Ben!

This bug has been fixed and will be available in FogBugz v8.2.0, which should be released in the upcoming weeks.
