Possible Duplicate:
When I edit a case and get the “edit not saved” message, everything but the event text is lost
Just edited a case and added an attachment. If someone else updates the case I get a warning when I try to save to check the edits, however I loose my attachment on the reload.
Anyway you can fix that?
