I was surprised today when I discovered that the "Working on" feature is not available on the case quick-menu (the one popping up in the case list when hovering over a case). Could you please please add it?

Thanks!

If you select a case in the list, then click the "Working on" drop down, the selected case will be at the top of the drop down list.

I'd say that's good enough.

Good, But I still like the working On in the quick-menu – Jedi Master Spooky Nov 3 2009 at 19:10
Ah right. Its good, but I wouldn't say good enough. Having the "working on case x" readily available in the quick-menu saves a lot of friction. And I reckon it should be fairly easy to implement too. – Peter Nov 5 2009 at 10:21
friction in the workaround is high when you have more than a page's worth of items to look at. ideally I'd like to alt-tab to the browser, start working on an item, and alt-tab back to by dev env/word processor/whatever – Stephen Ward Feb 3 2010 at 22:14
I support Jedi Master on this request !! – Ray Feb 8 2010 at 7:31
We change "working-on" cases in a day 30-40 times in a day. Having the possibility to select it from the case context-menu could be appreciated. – Andrea - Eurosystem2000 Sep 22 at 6:53
