Have a look at the Pretty Print plugin. You might be able to get the formatted output you're looking for with it.

It seems I'm not able to install this plugin. - The instructions after downloading the plugin say that I have to go to Admin > Plugins. Choose "Upload Plugin Manually". If I go to admin => plugins I don't see the option to upload manually - If in Admin > Plugins I click the FogBugz Plugin Gallery link, and then click the Install button of the Pretty Print plugin I get the message: [qoute] Plugin Not Available for On Demand This plugin is currently not available for the site eriktest.fogbugz.com. A plugin may not be available because there is no working version for the current – eriksmith200 Nov 11 2010 at 12:23
version of FogBugz, or because it has not yet been approved for FogBugz On Demand. If you would like to download the plugin files without installing, you can click here to clear your site name and browse all plugins available for download [/quote] I'm running a hosted trial version, could that be the problem? – eriksmith200 Nov 11 2010 at 12:23
@erik: Oh, you're using the hosted version of FogBugz. You can't upload plugins to a hosted FogBugz site. You're at the mercy of Fog Creek as to what plugins are available to you and this one is not right now. Sorry. I don't know what there policy is for approving third party plugins. You could start by petitioning them to make it available to On Demand users. – Greg Saven Nov 11 2010 at 13:41
I'll poke the engineers to look at enabling this plug-in for On Demand. Because it's a shared environment, we want to make sure there are no exploits or vulnerabilities. – Rich Armstrong Nov 11 2010 at 22:11
Based on feedback and a screenshot from customer service it appears that the Pretty Print plugin has the functionality we need :) – eriksmith200 Nov 15 2010 at 9:18

Usually, when we want a document that has the case information in it, we simply print the case and use a print-to-PDF plug-in like CutePDF.
