Are there any methods for importing the contents of an MS Word or pdf document into a new wiki article?

This would be amazingly helpful. We get a bunch of whitepapers and stuff from sales and marketing that we're supposed to review and having them in the wiki would totally close the loop for us. – Thomas Ingham Jun 14 at 17:29

There aren't any tools to import directly from Word or PDF format into FogBugz Wiki format. Your best bet is copy & paste.

It looks like there are some Word to MediaWiki tools available. You could import to MediaWiki and then use our MediaWiki importer to move the data to FogBugz.
