If I go to Admin -> Site Configuration -> Region and click the dropdown for Language, it's blank. Also, when I try to save my site configuration, I get a ArgumentNullException!

Chances are something bad happened to your FBLanguage table, which is a table that FogBugz pre-populates.

To fix this, delete the table altogether and then hit the following URL and FogBugz will rebuild it:

http://[your_fogbugz_url]/FogBugz/default.asp?pg=pgForceDatabaseCheck
