When the on-demand 8.0 beta was announced, there were statements that you were using a new editor component for the case notes to allow rich content.

We host our own install, is this only available for the on-demand version? Is this a plug-in I have to add?

Where did you see the statements mentioning this? In FogBugz 8 we have upgraded the wiki editor, but the case notes editor has not changed.

We have also added the Code Snippets plugin along with FogBugz 8 which allows you to embed syntax-highlighted snippets of source code, but (as far as I know) there aren't yet any rich content plugins available for case notes.

I was almost sure that where I had seen the comment it was not specific to the Wiki functionality. Is there a hold up for this very necessary functionality? Having said that, how can I change the style of the case notes outside of the editor to be a fixed width font? – Bill Butler Oct 26 2010 at 16:37
